Krishna Praveen D is an experienced Program Manager with over 12 years of experience in the E-commerce, Retail, and Digital Marketing domains. He has expertise in Azure cloud platform, SAFe methodologies, Agile Program Management, Stakeholder Management, Team Management, Process Automation & Improvements, and Pre-sales. Krishna is currently working as a Technical Program Manager at maq software where he owns programs spanning cross-functional teams from different business units to deliver cloud solutions using SAFe methodologies. He is skilled in Azure Cloud services, SQL, SSIS, SAFe, CI/CD practices, Microsoft Power Platform, NLP, Python, Visual Basic, and Microsoft Excel. Krishna has a PGPM degree focused in Systems & Finance from IIM Lucknow and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electronics and Communications Engineering from MANIT. He has worked with Samsung as a Lead Engineer and Senior Software Engineer in the past. Krishna is proficient in identifying business requirements and translating them to technical specifications and daily work items. He has worked with the business and engineering teams to create project roadmaps, release plans, prioritize scope, and manage customer experience. Krishna has defined SOP and guidelines for day-to-day execution of the projects and has defined and tracked monthly and quarterly Objective Key Results across cross-functional teams. Krishna has also conducted recruitment drives and technical & managerial interviews. He has conducted knowledge sharing sessions and regular one-on-one feedback sessions with team members. Krishna has identified process improvements in Automated Data validation & Monitoring, documenting the test results to project dashboards. He has spearheaded build and release functional area across the organization to come up with processes using the Azure DevOps and GIT for continuous integration and Sprint delivery.
